才一天而以, 竟然自行打針

才一天而以...

今天再度去參觀自己的新居時, 竟然發現四樓原本發現滲水處, 工務竟然未徑通知自行對滲水處打針補漏...

工務的作法是, 先對滲水處打個洞上去, 大約原子筆大小, 深度就不得而之了, 但沒有打通到樓層板. 然後再打發泡劑上去...

天啊, ... 看了全傻眼, 馬上去CALL連經理來...

雖然, 解釋了一堆, 但我人超不爽的. 那有人我已經下訂買了房子, 還自作主張動刀動斧的... 都沒有通知..

就像您去看牙醫, 跟牙醫講說我牙齒痛. 醫生連問您都沒問就拿起鑽頭往您的牙齒鑽.

最少也會問您, 啊..先生您是要補, 還是要怎樣....

這樣的作法, 對客戶超不尊重的...

心情不爽到了極點....

中華民國九十六年八月十二日築第一個巢

今天我築了第一個巢...

花了老爸大半生的積蓄... 心中無限感概與感恩...

現代人誰能再像他一樣呢... 我看是要非常的辛苦吧.

今天花了大半天的時間, 去看了璞X石及長東兩個案場.

之前還有看金X豐, 但個人覺得小姐的實在太用心了... 會自己講自己編的話.. 雖然覺得他們朝西的案場不錯. 但最後還是先把它們排除了..

再來就剩下璞X石及長東兩個案場., 位置差不多了多少...

今天再度看看璞X石, 也是老人家第三次去看了. 下雨天果然是看屋的好日子. 當時這家因為臨路八米所以被老爸、老媽列為首選. 但建材實在是普普.. 開價還開那麼高. 798! 而且, 從一樓到四樓看了好幾處漏水, 有從窗戶滲進來的, 有從玻璃磚滲進來的. 更慘的是, 連一樓天花板也有滲水情況, 真是百思不得其解. 也因如此, 老爸、老媽也不再堅持此地. 雖然這家後來一直打電話, 價格的波動也跟股市下跌一樣..

後來, 再去參觀長東. 雖然也有漏水情況, 但都是從陽台滲到下一層樓.. 沒有從窗戶滲進來的情況. 後來爬到樓頂時, 老爸的肯定又多了許多, 這也是從來沒有看過的景象.. 整個樓頂建商放水養護, 測試有無漏水情況. 建商真有信心.

最後, 談了二個多小時, 展開一場拉距戰, 此時, 璞X石也一直熱線打給我, 價格的波動也跟股市下跌一樣.. 這樣的結果也幫助我們向長東施加壓力, 最後,.. 終於拍板刷卡定案. 至於有買比較貴還是比較便宜, 誰也不知道... 只能講差不多而以.

新名詞GFW(言論管制防火牆)

什麼是「GFW」？「GFW」是「Great FireWall」的縮寫，也就是中國內部控管網路言論專用的超級防火牆（又稱中國防火牆或中國國家防火牆）。

也有人說「撞牆了」：

撞牆的意思很簡單，就是撞上防火牆了，哪天你看哪個站長或網友說，某某站撞牆了，那就表示該站已經被GFW防火牆擋住囉，中國境內的電腦與網路都不可瀏覽該站。（當然可掛Proxy）

也有人說「被和諧了」：

所謂「和諧」就是「共創和諧社會」的意思，在2008年北京奧運前，中國政府與人民，似乎有這種「義務」自我「和諧」一下，建立一個符合中國政府期望的和諧社會。

GoogleApps提供給小型公司、企業、學校、家庭或團體申請使用，我是學校故我選擇學校。如下圖。

進入學校後，有標準版、專業版、教育版供您選用。以前學校的mail是不設限的，現在要設限在 2GB。看來一定有人會說話囉。

我選擇了教育版，主要它提供了 2GB 以外的服務，可以方便程設人員引用。

進入後，要使用您的 Google 帳號來申請，如果您還沒有 Google 帳號就要先申請。

IP-Subnet-Mask numbers

IP mask numbers are used to divide internet addresses into blocks called subnets. The mask number represents the number of 1s in the binary of the address that is 'masked" against the address So that it ignores the last bits which as for the group of IP addresses in the masked address.

The first address of a subnet block (all 0s) is called the network address or network ID. The last address (all 1s) is the broadcast address of the network. Typically the network address +1 or the broadcast address -1 is the gateway to the internet. The 'slash' notation (ie /24) is known as CIDR
format, while the more conventional 255.255.255.0 notation is considered a subnet mask.

The first address of a subnet block (all 0s) is called the network address or network ID. The last address (all 1s) is the broadcast address of the network. Typically the network address +1 or the broadcast address -1 is the gateway to the internet. This leaves us with total number of IP numbers -3 left over for host address with in a sub net block. That's why you either get 1 IP (4-3= 1) or if you ask for one more you get 5 (8-3=5).

Here is an example:

192.168.1.0/25 would include all address between 192.168.1.0 and 192.168.1.127

while 192.168.1.128/25 would include 192.168.1.128 and 192.168.1.255

Below is a mask table that makes it easy to look up the mask for a group of IP addresses.
